Karin Pontén, CEO and Senior Consultant
- Born in Dalarna, Sweden.
- Former journalist. Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
- Long experience as a journalist working at several newspapers, for example Falu-Kuriren, Borlänge Tidning, and Barometern. Also worked as the editor at AMS and the student magazine Ergo.
- Can dig up a news angle from a dust bin.

Elin Undén West, Senior Consultant
- Born in Stockhom, Sweden.
- Bachelor of Arts in Culture and slightly addicted to theatre.
- Background as a marketing executive and press manager at Stadsteatern, Kulturhuset and Marionetteatern.
- Calls the tabloids without a shiver.
